Rose Gaujard

These beautiful bi-coloured flowers are bound to create a real talking-point in the garden borders or when planted within patio containers. Their pretty pink flowers stand at a mature height of 90cm on study green stems surrounded by dense glossy foliage. These colourful Hybrid Tea Roses will produce large blooms and are also perfect as part of a cut flower display where they can be enjoyed within the home, or even as part of a vibrant bouquet. They also provide a wonderful fragrance, so we recommend planting in areas of the garden in direct sun or partial shade in rich, well-drained soil where they will flourish. Roses need to be deadheaded in late winter or early spring. Two-year-old top quality rose bushes, bare rooted and wrapped to prevent roots drying out which are then pruned back and ready to be planted on arrival. Please note: Fragrant rose's perfume is usually the most potent on warm, sunny days, while sat in moist soil. Its important to imitate these conditions, as it will release the fragrant chemicals within the flowers. High humidity increases the longevity of the fragrance as it reduces the chance of the chemicals evaporating.
