Allium Fistulosum

Allium Fistulosum, also known as the Welsh onion, is a perennial plant that makes a showy display in the garden, and can also be used in the kitchen for culinary purposes. The shoots and leaves can both be used to add flavour to salads or stirfries in a similar way to chives. The greenish cream flower heads are also attractive in the border where they will attract butterflies and bees.
