Parthenocissus tricuspidata, commonly known as the Boston Ivy is one of the most vigorous self-clinging climbing plants in the UK. They produce remarkable leaf colouring, especially in autumn when the ivy leafed foliage turns from green to bright crimson with a hint of purple. They will tolerate planting in any aspect (North/South/East/West facing) and in sheltered or exposed locations, being hardy in even the most severe of locations. A beautiful climber for the house where you can easily achieve that rustic feel, quite a sight to behold. 9cm pot plants supplied.

This can be done in late winter (after flowering) and it is also important that you provide some form of support for the plant until it is established.Boston Ivy is a fantastic and vigorous climber that can be planted in either full sun or partial shade. Ensure the soil is not left to dry out and is well drained.
