A fantastic variety that can be traced back to it's origins in North American, where it grew in the fertile plains owned by the Native Americans. These perennials will naturalise very well if left over the years and will bear star like flowers ofwisteria-blue, carried on long upright stems. 12cm+ bulbs supplied.

- Pruning Deadhead when blooms fade, cut foliage back once it has died back.
Camassia bulbs should be planted at least 10cm deep in fertile, well-drained, humus rich soil. Once planted, the bulbs can be left undisturbed for a couple of years to naturalise. Ensure there is good drainage in the soil and avoid the area becoming water-logged by over watering throughout the season. In areas of extreme cold in winter, it is always a good idea to apply some mulch as protection, like bark or a couple of cm of soil.
