Geranium pratense 'Purple Ghost' is an impressive summer bloom that produces an abundance of tiny white and lilac flowers. Upright in habit, this particular variety makes an excellent plant for the front of your borders, containers, and hanging baskets.

Water generously throughout warm weather. Grow in well-drained soil in patio pots or bedding displays. Find a nice sunny spot where these beauties can thrive. Plant indoors 2 to 4 weeks before growing outside, gradually acclimatising them a week before planting them out to get them used to the temperature outside. You can also store them before planting, by popping them in a paper bag or cardboard box somewhere cool and dry.
