Celtuce Stem Lettuce, often known as stem lettuce and Chinese lettuce, is a perfect vegetable for culinary dishes. Originating from China, this stem lettuce produces green tufts up top which can be used as a 'cut and come again' type of lettuce, and the stem can be lightly steamed or cooked for hot meals.
