Masses of small, funnel shaped, unusual lilac flowers appear in April/May. They look simply radiant against the backdrop of small, dark green leaves, which are retained throughout the year. Evergreen Azaleas, sometimes known as Japanese Azaleas, are extremely popular and are ideal for any size of garden, from a small patio to a large estate. Most Azaleas grow to a manageable 75-100cm over the course of 10 years. Excellent low cover for lightly shaded borders or woodland settings.
