Offer begins Tuesday 19 November 9am and will last until Friday 22nd November at 9am using code PLANT10 at checkout. The offer applies only to items in 'Shop All Perennials' category on our website, while stocks last.

Order offer, quotations and acceptance

Offers, quotations and acceptance of orders are subject to crops, import restrictions and availability of adequate and satisfactory stock in our hands and deliverable at the date contemplated for delivery. Once an order has been accepted by us, cancellation will not be entertained except by mutual agreement in writing. Time is not to be the essence of the contract. 

Customers who require credit facilities need to email wholesale@jparkers.co.uk. We will then send you a form to fill out and return to us to apply.  
All prices quoted in this price list are exclusive of V.A.T. This price list cancels all previous issues. We reserve the right to substitute when a variety is sold out with a similar or better one, unless instructed otherwise.  

Delivery Charge

The delivery charge is in relation to the packaging and carriage of goods. V.A.T is charged on this delivery charge as it is considered a taxable supply/service. 

Payment

Settlement of accounts is requested within 30 days of date of invoice. Excessive delays in payment will oblige us to charge 1% interest per month on outstanding accounts. 

Goods pass to buyer's sole risk on our delivery to buyer or carrier. Any complaints regarding quality, shortage or pilferage should email our contact centre team with your order number and pictures of the product. 

Imagery Usage

J Parker works with third party image licensees to provide images for use on this website – as such, J Parker do not own the rights to these images. The download, use and / or distribution of these images are strictly prohibited. Activity such as this is monitored by our third party licensees.
