Tulip World Peace produces prominent blush pink petals fading to a yellow edge in crisp pyramid form. As the flower ages it transforms to a glowing orange. Darwin Hybrids were developed by crossing Darwin with Fosteriana Tulips and produce the largest and most gorgeous of all Tulips with brilliant blooms. They are mid-season tulip, flowering after the Single Earlies but before the Cottage varieties.

- Planting Plant 8-10cm deep and approx 15cm apart.
- Soil Type Well drained, fertile soil.
- Pruning Remove faded flowers, leave the stem and foliage until they have turned yellow/brown.
Tulip bulbs should be planted in autumn, before any frost. Find an area of soil that is well-drained and moist and plant your bulbs at twice their depth and spaced apart by 10-15cm. Ensure they are properly covered, you should not be able to see them on the surface of the soil. Position in an area that you know receives plenty of sunlight but is also sheltered from harsh winds. Deadhead the flowers once they wilt, encouraging a healthier plant.
