Lettuce Red Romaine varies in colour from burgundy to green. Provides sweet leaves which are perfect for salads. This plant has a high resistance to diseases, making it a must-have romaine for your kitchen gardens. Sow these seeds every 3 weeks for a regular supply of fresh lettuce. Sow seeds inside from February to May or outside as soon as the ground is pliable, from March-July. Water soil regularly in dry weather.
