Our Hostas are perfect for any modern garden display. The Hosta Fortunei Aurea is a gorgeous clump forming herbaceous perennial that produces pastel green leaves, each with impressed veins running down each leaf. Growing to an average heights of 50-100cm, this plant will look incredible when displayed in your favourite plant pot. Flowers in the summer months, producing long blooms that will add plenty of colour to your displays. Loose roots supplied.

- Planting Plant with soil firmly surrounding the roots and add some organic matter to mix
- Soil Type Well drained, moist, fertile soil
- Pruning Remove damaged leaves when it dies at the end of the growing season.
Water well after planting and regularly in their first growing season. Mulch annually in spring with a good layer of leaf mound or garden compost around the plant. Slugs love hostas so you will need to protect against them. Plant straight away on arrival in any fertile, well drained soil. These are young plants, so please leave in small pots for 5 to 6 weeks and then pot on into a larger 1.5 - 2 litre pot, or plant into final spot.
