Pak Choi White Stem is both fast and easy to grow, ideal for first-timers. This Chinese food staple produces robust leaves and white ribs that are perfect for your favourite dishes. Is highly cold-resistant, growing for several months to provide the perfect crop. Sow directly outdoors from April to August. Sow these seeds every 2-3 weeks for a continuous supply.

- Planting Plant seeds around 1/4 inches below surface level and space 1/2 inches apart

- Pruning Trim away any leaves that have turned yellow/brown
Planting seeds around 1/4 inch below surface level, spaced 1/2 inch apart. Grow in a light and sunny location. Is quite hardy, allowing to be sown as soon as the soil is pliable. Best direct seeded to a depth of 1/8 inch, and firm soil gently or alternatively start under cover in plugs. Germinates 7-14 days from seed, depending on conditions provided. Transplanting bare roots is not recommended as the plants can go into shock and bolt to seed.
