Scent from Heaven is an impressive award-winning climbing rose that flowers from early summer to early autumn, providing a sensational display throughout the season! This deciduous climbing rose holds the prestigious Rose of the Year award, and creates large flowers in shades of luscious apricot. Grows to an eventual height of 3m, perfect for growing against walls and trellises. Flowers June to September. 2 year old bare rooted plants supplied.

Roses should be planted firmly, to ensure that wind will not disrupt the roots. Apply a balanced fertiliser every 3-4 weeks in the spring/summer, and apply a mulch in the winter for protection. Can be pruned back to remove any dead wood or growth. It is best to plant roses in winter or early spring, provided there is little frost. To prepare your bare rose roots, soak them in a bucket of water for an hour to 24 hours (longer in spring). Then, dig a hole large enough to house the roots when fully outspread. Distribute the roots evenly around the hole and put in a little bit of fine soil to which has been added a small amount of bonemeal. Fill in with the rest of the soil over the roots and tread in firmly. The depth of planting roses will vary between 10-20cm, or as deep as they were in their pots.
